Susan Van Klink is an executive coach, bringing 20+ years of software leadership experience to bear in her coaching practice. Having come up through the ranks in male dominated cultures, building a successful career that culminated in several C-suite roles before pivoting out of her corporate career into self-employment. Susan is passionate about helping you define and build your dream career, a sustainable career that will allow you to be true to who you are and how you want to live your best life at work.
Qualifications
Trained at the College of Executive Coaching, she is certified in EQi, SuccessFinder assessments and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Susan is able to leverage these valuable tools as the foundation of her practice to help her clients get transformational results. Susan also has a degree in Arts, Speech and Communication from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

During Susan Van Klink’s career as a high growth software executive, she has brought new and disruptive technologies to market globally, helping companies at all levels (series A through E) grow. During her tenure as a go-to-market leader at Taleo and SuccessFactors, they saw growth from $1M in revenue to $150M in ARR and from $150M in revenue to $500M in ARR respectively. Susan is passionate about helping leading edge companies meet their growth objectives.
